What's New

Introducing our live sprouts!

Our sunflower, peas and wheatgrass are now available in white reusable containers, which can be cut and used as needed. Enjoy your live sprouts anytime.

The peas are very fast growers, they will grow an inch a day at 24 degrees, so if you find you are not eating them faster then they are growing, stick the whole pot in the fridge.  They only grow an inch a week at 4 degrees.  The peas will continue to grow if you cut them above a node, or the first leaf.  At that node is where the plant will grow a new shoot.  That being said, there is not enough nutrients in the pot to sustain the plant past three or four weeks, you'll find the plant will start to turn yellow.  As for watering, the whole pot and plant should weigh the same as a 500ml bottle of water, add water to add the weight, again, if sitting in sunlight or on the counter will depend on how much water, if in the fridge, probably no watering required.

Clamshells

We are now using clamshells for most of our sprouts. They make a convenient container for our salad mixes.

Salad to Go

Our newest salad mix. A yummy combination of - Red clover, radish, broccoli, kamut, adzuki bean, lentil, canola, pea, garbanzo bean, fenugreek, mustard sprouts, pea shoots and sunflower greens. The salad comes in a 125g clamshell.
